Low Emmisivity = High Savings

The City of Newark, Delaware recently installed 76 low emissivity (Low-e) windows in their municipal building. These double-pane fiberglass windows allow less sunlight through than standard windows.

  • These windows will save an estimated 125,920 kilowatt hours yearly
  • City Projects savings of $12,500 annually through lighting and window upgrades
